1. Do you offer samples before I place a bulk order?
Absolutely! We strongly recommend ordering a sample pack first. This allows you to check the actual color, size tolerance, and drilling quality. We offer sample service at a nominal cost (which is fully refundable on your first bulk order). Shipping for samples is usually via express (DHL/UPS) and takes 3–5 working days.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We understand that different businesses have different needs.

For stock items (common sizes like 4mm, 6mm, 8mm), we offer a very low MOQ – as little as 1 strand for mixed color combinations.

For custom sizes, dyeing, or specific hole drilling, the MOQ is typically around 5–10 kilograms. Please contact us to discuss your specific project.
3. How do you ensure the color consistency of natural stones?
This is the top concern for every jewelry buyer. Please note that natural stones are formed by nature, so slight variations in color and texture are inherent. However, to minimize visual differences, our QC team uses professional color cards (Pantone matching) and sorts each batch into similar shade groups before packing, ensuring that the beads within the same lot are highly uniform.
4. What shipping methods do you use? How fast can I get my order?
We have dedicated freight agents who secure the best rates for our clients.

Express (Door to Door): DHL, FedEx, UPS – usually 3–7 days. Best for small urgent orders or samples.

Air Freight: For orders 100kg+, takes about 7–10 days to major international airports.

Sea Freight: For large container orders (20ft/40ft), takes about 20–35 days depending on the destination. Cost-effective for heavy bulk orders.
5. Do you provide customized drilling or special shapes?
Yes, we do. We offer OEM/ODM services. If you need a specific size (e.g., 3mm round or 12x8mm oval) or a special shape that is not listed on our website, please send us a drawing or an actual sample. We can coordinate with our partner factories to produce according to your exact specifications.
6. Are there any hidden taxes or customs duties I should worry about?
As the exporter, we are responsible for shipping the goods according to your terms (EXW, FOB, or CIF). However, customs duties and import taxes are determined by your local customs. We always provide accurate commercial invoices and packing lists, and our team can advise on HS codes to help you calculate estimated duties, but we recommend you consult your local broker regarding specific rates.
7. Do you stock all the stones listed on your website?
We have a large physical warehouse inventory covering over 30 popular stones (such as Howlite, Dyed Jasper, Amazonite, and Tiger Eye) in standard sizes. However, for rare stones or large quantities, we may need 10–15 days for production. We always confirm the current stock status and lead time with you before you place an order.
